DJ & band references are available upon request. They are subcontracted and paid separately.
Large Party Information
Spinnaker's Paradise Grill is responsible for the sale of food and beverages in accordance with Florida State Regulations, therefore, The Paradise Grill must supply all food and beverages, unless special arrangements are made with management well in advance.
A credit card number is required to confirm your reservation. Credit card is for a "guarantee only." Deposit is not charged. Total amount of invoice will be due the night of the event. When menu is agreed upon by both parties you will be presented with an event contract that requires credit card information and signature to agree terms.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of event you will be charged a $15 per person cancellation fee. If the management is not informed in person or in writing 7 days or more in advance of the event the cancellation charges will be placed on CC used for "guarantee." All changes to buffet menu and number in attendance must be confirmed 7 days in advance.
Your contract with Spinnaker's Paradise Grill binds you to financial responsibility for unusual or excessive damages to the property during your event. 7% tax & 18% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage costs.
Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes deliveries must provide complete setup. Spinnaker is not responsible for transfer, placement or set up of wedding cakes. Please schedule the delivery to coincide with the start time of the event or have a designated person of your choice set up the cake.
Decorations
Spinnaker's Paradise Grill does not provide decorations of any kind with the exception of Christmas decorations during the month of December. Decorations are permissible, providing they do not damage the Paradise Grill property. Assembly, delivering and decorating are the party's responsibility. The Paradise Grill will require advanced notification for any decorations/deliveries taking place, along with the date and time of schedules decorations/deliveries. All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event. The Paradise Grill is not responsible for removal, storage, damage or loss of decorations.

At the conclusion of your function you will be presented with the final billing. Payment is expected at that time, unless otherwise arranged with management in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash.
